*Fees for activities such as school and grade shabbatons, senior trip, class trips, PSAT and PreACT tests, AP Exams, chesed missions, clubs, athletic fees, etc. are not included the above and will be billed at the time of the activity to relevant participants.

All fees and incidentals will be added to the Facts portal. Therefore, all Naaleh families are required to have a Facts account with a valid payment method. All Facts payment plans start in July and are offered over 8 or 10 months. All incoming ninth-grade parents will receive an invitation to create their own Facts account. Please see attached for a set up letter. Any questions can be directed to Mrs. Vosk, or by calling the Facts customer service line at (866) 441-4637.

Registration Fee
● The registration fee is $1,500 if paid by March 16.
● The fee increases to $1,750 for payments received after March 16.

Tax & Payment Information
● Tuition and required fees listed above are not tax-deductible;
therefore, contribution receipts will not be issued.
● Funds from foundations or grants that are restricted from paying
tuition may not be used toward any of the required fees listed above.

Withdrawal Policy
● Students Who Register But Do Not Enroll
FACTS payment plans begin in July preceding the academic year. If the Parent/Guardian decides not to enroll the Student:

  • Before June 1: Parent/Guardian will receive a refund of all tuition payments made, excluding the non-refundable registration fee, provided written notice is submitted to the Naaleh Business Office.
  • After June 1: Parent/Guardian will be liable for the full tuition and fees outlined in this Agreement.

● Students Who Withdraw or Are Suspended/Expelled
Naaleh reserves the right to suspend or expel a student whose conduct does not conform to school standards as outlined in the Student Handbook, as determined in Naaleh’s sole discretion.

If a student is withdrawn, suspended, or expelled mid-year, the Parent/Guardian will not be entitled to any refund of tuition or fees.

Additional Fees
● Fees for activities such as athletics, drama, PSATs, AP exams,
chesed missions, class trips, and similar programs may be billed at
the time of participation.

Naaleh admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
